Flute Repair

I offer the following services for flute repair:

    • Repairs to dented, loose, or out of round tenons
    • Repairs to leaking tone holes due to dents or other damage
    • Repairs to loose grommets
    • Repairs to torn or missing key corks
    • Repairs to loose or broken keys
    • Repairs to worn, torn, leaking, or chipped pads
    • Repairs to tone holes and key heights to correct intonation or voicing problems
    • Repairs to worn, weak, or broken springs

I offer the following maintenance and restoration services:

    • Replacing of the head cork
    • Cleaning and polishing of tarnished body, keys, and posts
    • Cleaning of key mechanisms to remove old oil and dirt
    • Adjusting and lubricating of key mechanisms
